- Calibration / validation history with due dates and reminders.
Inventory
- Rods by AWS (American Welding Society) class and lot; wire by spool, diameter and class.
- Gas cylinders (Ar, Ar/CO2, CO2, O2, acetylene) — owned or rented, serial, location, rental due.
- Consumables and steel stock (shape, grade, heat number).
- Usage decrements on jobs; low-stock alerts.
